teta7 Terms and Conditions

Applicability

These Terms apply to all users, registered members, and visitors of teta7. Using the Platform means you agree to the full Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the Platform.

Age Requirement

The teta7 platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. Creating an account or using the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Right to Modify Terms

teta7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Platform after any changes are made will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

Registration Requirements

To create an account at teta7, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, address, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be truthful. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
• If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses will be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

teta7 may request identity verification at any time. The right to suspend withdrawals is reserved if valid documents are not provided. Documents typically required for verification include:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method verification (where applicable)

Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify teta7 support immediately.

Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at teta7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be cancelled.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules

A successful withdrawal may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until identity verification is completed.
• The right to suspend withdrawals during an investigation is reserved if any illegal activity is suspected.

Currency and Conversion

teta7 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For bank transfers, accounts with major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and City Bank are accepted. Any banking fees related to transactions are the responsibility of the user where applicable.

Welcome Bonus

New members at teta7 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳10,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply when a bonus is claimed. A 15x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Only bets placed on teta7-approved games will count toward wagering.
• Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering contributions — see the promotions page for details.

General Bonus Rules

teta7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. If a breach of bonus terms is established — such as bonus abuse, claiming from multiple accounts, or betting patterns indicating manipulation — the right to cancel the bonus and associated winnings is reserved.

VIP Tiers and Cashback

teta7 has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP Benefits Terms

VIP rewards and cashback are granted at teta7's sole discretion. Any decision regarding VIP tier changes is final. The amount or terms of cashback and VIP benefits may change without prior notice.

Fraud and Manipulation

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of software exploits on the teta7 platform is strictly prohibited. The following actions are explicitly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the system
• Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other players
• Hedging the same bet from two or more accounts
• Hacking accounts or attempting unauthorized access to third-party accounts

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

teta7 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Using the Platform for illegal financial transactions or money laundering is strictly prohibited. The right to immediately suspend accounts and notify relevant authorities is reserved if suspicious transactions are detected.

Consequences

If prohibited activity is established, teta7 may take any or all of the following actions:

• Immediately closing the account
• Forfeiting all bonuses and associated winnings
• Withholding the return of the original deposit amount (in cases of fraud)
• Retaining relevant information to assist in investigations

All games provided on teta7 are developed and operated by third-party game developers. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or server outage, the bet amount used in that round will be refunded. However, claims of technical issues after a round has been completed will not be accepted.

Sports Betting Policy

Betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi is available in teta7's sports section. Additional terms applicable to sports betting will apply. The outcome of bets in the event of a match cancellation or postponement will be determined in accordance with teta7's sports policy.

Jackpots and Prizes

Winning a jackpot in certain games may require an additional verification process. Identity verification is mandatory for large prizes and payment may be made in installments. If any dispute arises regarding prize distribution, teta7's decision will be considered final.

teta7 bears no liability in the following situations:

• Third-party server or software errors
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Account information leak due to user negligence
